Who We Are

Our Story

Peak Hydration began with a simple connection between two women who shared a passion for wellness. Heather and Ingrid met at the gym and quickly bonded over their love of fitness, health, and helping others feel their best. As longtime residents of Bellingham, they saw a gap in local wellness services—specifically the absence of elective IV therapy and nutrient injection options that support energy, immunity, recovery, and overall well-being.

In January 2022, they took the leap from idea to action, driven by a clear mission: to create a space that offers high-quality, affordable wellness services in a supportive, welcoming environment. Just six months later, Peak Hydration opened its doors.

Unlike many IV therapy lounges, Peak Hydration isn’t a franchise—it’s a local, independently built business rooted in community care. Heather and Ingrid built everything from the ground up with a shared commitment to clinical excellence, personalized service, and genuine connection.

Here, you’re not just another appointment—you’re a person with unique goals, needs, and stories. At Peak Hydration, we’re honored to be part of your wellness journey.
