Who We Are
Medical Director
Dr. Heather Honey is our Medical Director. She hails from beautiful British Columbia and is a Family Practice Physician here in Bellingham, WA. A college athlete and graduate of Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL, she completed her residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO in Full Scope Family Medicine. In her free time you can find her hiking, at the CrossFit gym, on the lake and with her husband, kids, and boxers.
Director of Operations
Ingrid Nishiyama is originally from the East Coast but has lived all over the world. She attended the University of Missouri Sinclair School of Nursing where she received her Bachelors in Nursing. She has worked in health care for 18 years, 14 of which as an RN in the ER, Trauma & Surgical ICU, and the OR. When not at the lounge, she is often at the CrossFit gym (where she and Heather met), working on house projects, backpacking and gardening with her husband, two boys, two dogs, and three barn cats and always up for any outdoor activities.
Staff Physician
Dr. Shelby Hein is our physician who provides Botox treatments and Weight Loss Program Consultations. She grew up in Bellevue, WA but has resided in Bellingham for many years. She received her undergraduate degree at Central Washington University, her medical school at Saba University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine. She is specially trained and certified in medicinal and cosmetic Botox (Xeomin) administration. In her free time she loves enjoying the beauty and variety of the PNW often in the form of hiking, camping, running, dining on local crab and being with her family.
Registered Dietitian
Darcie Hill, MPD, RDN is a Bellingham native. She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Physiology at the University of Oregon while playing Varsity Women’s Soccer for the Ducks. She continued her education at Oregon State University where she became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and received her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) with a focus in Health Promotion and Health Behavior. She is the Wellness Administrator head of Faculty & Staff Wellness at WWU. As an RDN, Darcie takes a weight neutral, non-diet approach. Her specialties include sports nutrition, weight management through behavior change, whole food-based nutrition, mindful eating, and managing chronic disease. In her free time, you can find her training for triathlons, playing soccer, hiking, or spending time on the water with her husband and daughter.
Staff Nurse
Amanda Unger-Kolby is a Whatcom County native and a veteran ER nurse of 20 years. She also works in Hospice. In her free time she enjoys gardening, international traveling, working on her 100 year old craftsman home and spending time with family, friends, and dog Gus.

Chelsea Warren originally from Galveston, TX, graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Galveston College. She has been a nurse for 4 years working on medical-surgical units and in the ER. In her free time she enjoys doing yoga, reading, baking desserts, hiking and boating in Bellingham Bay with her partner and two dogs Maple and Dyno.
Staff Nurse
Becca Nobles grew up in Atlanta, GA and recently moved to the PNW. She went to Kennesaw State University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and has been a nurse for 11 years with experience in Med-Surg Units, Cardiac ICU, and travel nursing. When not working or in school for cosmetology, she likes to cook with her husband, craft, and socialize with friends and her dog Guinness.

Emily Capisciolto, originally from Grand Rapids, MI got her BSN from Grand Valley State University along with a minor is studio art. She has 5 years experience in pediatric oncology/hematology/BMT nursing in Grand Rapids as well as Seattle. She moved to Bellingham in the fall of 2023. When she is not a Peak Hydration, she is a full time lifestyle photographer and enjoys surfing and camping on the coast with friends. writing, art, snowboarding, and hiking with her partner Pete and their dog Ishmael.
Staff Nurse
Alanna Catteneo was born and raised on the East Coast outside Boston, MA where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012. She has worked as an RN in Trauma/Neuro stepdown units, Cardiac stepdown units, and Ortho/Trauma floors in Boston, San Diego, and Seattle. She now lives in Bellingham with her husband, pup Remi, and cat Malfoy. When she’s not working, Alanna enjoys hiking, running, working out at the gym, walking her pup, cooking and gardening.
Staff Nurse
Jess Brower is originally from Whatcom County and graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University. She worked at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for 12+ years as a pediatric nurse. She recently moved back wither family to the PNW after living in Norway for 5 years. She and her husband have two wonderful busy little boys whom they love to travel, hike, and play all manner of board games with. Jess likes to read, write, play volleyball, and never turns down the opportunity to do a good escape room.
Clinical Assistant
Melanie Schramer has lived in Bellingham since 1999. She’s a level 2 CrossFit coach and has been leading small group classes and working with personal training clients for 8 years. She has a passion for health and wellness. When not at the lounge, she’s running and hiking the trails of the PNW with her goldendoodle, sunrise paddle boarding, cooking whole foods meals from scratch, enjoying life with her 2 teens, and dancing with friends.
Clinical Assistant
Aimee Wilson was raised in Ferndale and considers Whatcom County her home. She graduated from Ferndale High School and attended Whatcom Community College. She then entered the veterinary profession for the next fourteen years. She is the proud mom of eighteen-year-old triples – two daughters and a son. When not busy raising her children, she enjoys walking, spending time with her chickens and antique shopping.
