Safety and Oversight
Peak’s Low Dose GLP-1 program is overseen by our Medical Director, Dr. Heather Honey, D.O., and supported by our team of trained RNs. Weekly appointments allow us to carefully adjust your dose, minimize side effects, and ensure you’re getting the right support at the right time.
We are always transparent with our clients. GLP-1 medications are considered safe and effective for diabetes and obesity management, though every medication carries some risk. At Peak Hydration, we help you weigh those risks against your current health needs, so you can make confident, informed decisions about your care.
Why Choose Peak Hydration?
Not all GLP-1 programs are the same. Here’s how we compare:

| Dosing | Flexible, includes low-dose options | Standard protocols | Often standard, not personalized |
| Support | Nutrition, fitness & coaching included | Limited or non-existent | Limited |
| Medication Quality | FDA-approved + trusted compounding | Questionable quality & sourcing | Varies, not always transparent |
| Pricing | Clear, upfront | Subscription fees | Often unclear |
Peak Hydration is one of the few clinics in the region offering true physician-led Low Dose GLP-1 programs.
